Salmone al Forno Baked salmon fillet on a bed of spinach dressed with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, saute potatoes
Merluzzo alla Pizzaiola Fillet of Cod in a cherry and garlic tomato sauce, caper, black olive, oregano, served with saute potatoes.
Ribeye Steak Ribeye Steak cooked in a green peppercorn sauce and served with saute potatoes.
Pollo alla Valdostana. Chicken breast topped with ham melted mozzarella and tomato souce served with sout'e potatoes.
Tortellini Ricotta E Spinaci (V) Tortellini filled with ricotta and spinach with a fresh basil and tomato sauce.
